Having issues getting out of plateau Posted: 28 Jul 2021 06:53 AM PDT Hi, need advise from the group. I can squat 315 with proper form, depth and for reps. Best i have gone is 4x4. However, when i move to 346 and 365, i am unable to do even one rep properly. I have been stuck on 315 for couple of months now. Any suggestions? [link] [comments] | ||
Lost 1 KG in a day and a half due to stress? Posted: 28 Jul 2021 07:36 AM PDT Is this normal? Two days ago i was 62 KG and i have been at that weight for some weeks, but now i am back at 61 KG due to a strong stress response / panic attack that i had? has this ever happened to you? your gains being eaten away by a huge stress response?
