Postpartum, show prep lower abdominals

Hello, 32f here. I'm prepping for my first show postpartum. Feeling absolutely great, diet is on point, and I have been having some great gains. But I honestly just am having the hardest time getting those lower abdominals to show. I'm at 18% and can't seem to make any progress. Has anyone else gone through this, Have any tips for me TIA

Tldr lower abdominals won't show
