    So i do 10 push ups and then rest for 2 minutes to do 10 push ups again and between push ups and bicep curls im gonna make a 5 minute brake then start doing the bicep curls. Are those rest times too long? Because i read online that for muscle building you need to have short rest times...

    Building Chest with Dumbbells

    Does anyone have any advise on how to build your chest at home with dumbbells? I've tried a lot of different exercises I've found online to no avail. I've mainly tried chest presses and chest flies but don't feel it during the workout, don't get DOMS, and haven't noticed any changes. Don't know if the weight isn't heavy enough, or because my arms are stronger they end up doing most of the work.

    Is this a good workout to stick to?

    I found this workout and was wondering if it's a good full body workout to stick to. Let me know!

    Pushups (15), inverted rows (15), Standing walk out and walk in (10), Jump squats (15), Plank (60 secs), Burpees (10), Chest dips (15), Chin-ups (15), Bulgarian split squat (10 each leg)

    Do 3 rounds of this.
