New exercise routine, is it too much?

    Posted: 06 Apr 2021 03:14 PM PDT

I decided to start doing half an hour of yoga each day to work on my back and joints. I used to exercise at least once a week but let it slip during lockdown. I felt achy for a couple of days but now I feel okay. Am I doing too much and building up a debt which will hurt later? I've noticed I feel really hungry this past couple of days too, is that a sign I'm doing too much or will it fade on its own?
