Squat stance: My feet are rotated differently. Is this a problem? Posted: 03 Apr 2021 12:03 AM PDT When doing squats, my most natural stance is where my feet are rotated outwards. Left about 30degrees, right about 20degrees. It feels like my hip joints are not exactly symmetrical. Has never bothered me in my daily life, no pain whatsoever. Is it a problem for squatting with heavy weights? [link] [comments] |
