Today I tried doing what she did for the first time, but I decided to make my legs completely straight when I stretched them out but I couldn't even do one. Is it bad or normal? I work out mostly at home since I can't afford a gym membership at the moment. I do have two 10lbs dumbbells. A flat bench. And a dip station. I made a few Routines but a friend said it seemed like i wasn't doing enough. And another said it seemed like a lot. Right now im doing the following then one/two day rest and repeat.
