Please be careful read and watch YouTube Posted: 22 Jan 2021 06:17 PM PST Hi guys , I've been traning on and off for the past 3 years , and I just got my first injury, I injured my left pec , which is very painful, please becareful dont let ego get over you and jump to larg weights , watch YouTube and learn how to do the exercises correctly with the smallest weights , feel the mind body connection , feel the muscles working and do progress over load ( which means going up slowly ether by weights or sets or reps ) , there's nothing wrong with not knowing but there's something wrong with not searching and learning before you do any exercises. Don't stop going as good as it is for your body ots as good for your mental health so dont stop be strong 😊. [link] [comments] |
