Proper breathwork is truly a breathing practice in which the conscious control of breathing is said to influence a person's mental, emotional or physical state, with a claimed therapeutic effects . Lets start the new year with a positive mind , body and overall health . In this video, i will also demonstrate how to perform the neutral spine, once you learned these 2 important fundamentals of Pilates, you will be able to move well, keep your spine protected as we will progress into the Revival 2021. Buying my 1st Gym bench + Dumbbells! Posted: 01 Jan 2021 09:47 AM PST M26, 170lbs, 5'11 Can someone help me out on what kind of equipment to buy to gain some sort of muscle? I am looking to buy a gym bench and a set of dumbell weights to get started. I know if I spend the money on them it will make me use them!
