    Posted: 06 Dec 2020 02:04 AM PST

Welcome to the /r/Fitness Daily Simple Questions Thread - Our daily thread to ask about all things fitness. Post your questions here related to your diet and nutrition or your training routine and exercises. Anyone can post a question and the community as a whole is invited and encouraged to provide an answer.

As always, be sure to read the wiki first. Like, all of it.

Also, there's a handy-dandy search bar to your right, and if you didn't know, you can also use Google to search fittit by using the limiter "site:reddit.com/r/fitness" after your search topic.

Other good resources to search are Exrx.net for exercise-related topics and Examine.com for nutrition and supplement science.

Be aware that the more relevant information you add, the more relevant the answers you receive will be. And if you are posting about your routine, please make sure you follow the guidelines.

(Please note: This is not a place for general small talk or chit-chat. Also, the community decided long ago that we keep jokes, trolling, and memes outside of the Daily Q&A threads. Please use the downvote / report button when necessary.)

    Deadlifts after back day?

    Posted: 05 Dec 2020 09:21 PM PST

I usually do deadlifts on back day but I couldn't get a station today as the gym was busy so I had to skip. I'd like to do them tomorrow but wondering if this is a bad idea as I know you shouldn't work out the same muscle groups two days in a row? I'm also due for legs next so I was thinking of either squeezing them in on leg day tomorrow, or just replacing squats with deadlifts as I prefer them. Any thoughts?

    Uneven growth, but even strength?

    Posted: 05 Dec 2020 11:51 PM PST

Idk how I got here boys but I have uneven arms (which I know is super common) but my arms are equally strong? It's really weird but my left arm can keep up perfectly it's just smaller for some reason? I've done a bit of research so I've been doing unilateral workouts and doing a couple extra reps with my left arm. My left arm has always been smaller and it used to be weaker but I worked it harder and now my arms are the same for strength but my left arm is still smaller? Wtf? If anyone knows what's up with that or any new info on how to help it would be greatly appreciated.
