    I've been in a pretty intense CrossFit program 3-4x a week for over a month and I lift another day a week. I know I'm not eating enough (I'm basically 135 hoping to gain muscle and mass) but after years of eating like a regular 135 lb person I am having trouble forcing myself to eat. I recently added ghost protein but any tips? I obviously need more calories than I am burning. My goal is to get muscular btw. Not just be healthier.

    Losing weight is not all about The numbers that pop up on scale.There's a lot more to it than this.

    It's about the way you feel.

    Are u feeling stronger?Are you happier?Were you able to eliminate a bad habit which was effecting your health?Are you seeing any changes in your physical appearance?The exercises you were doing when you started,are they becoming easier?And the most important of all,did you fall in love with the results and progress you've made so far?
