Posted: 23 Dec 2020 07:23 PM PST I've been in a pretty intense CrossFit program 3-4x a week for over a month and I lift another day a week. I know I'm not eating enough (I'm basically 135 hoping to gain muscle and mass) but after years of eating like a regular 135 lb person I am having trouble forcing myself to eat. I recently added ghost protein but any tips? I obviously need more calories than I am burning. My goal is to get muscular btw. Not just be healthier. [link] [comments] |
