Posted: 28 Nov 2020 12:40 PM PST Hello! I am a super unfit, skinny fat woman in my early 20s and I'd like to get stronger, toned, and most importantly more energetic. I live in an apartment complex with a great gym so I figured it'd be a great time to start working out regularly and make it a habit. The issue is I have no idea where to begin. Some of my questions and hangups: What type of shoes are the best for a beginner at the gym? Attire? Gym etiquette I should know about? How long/rigorous should a work out be to see results and feel the best? I had a problem before when trying to start where my work outs weren't hard enough to show actual progress. All advice and tips are welcome! Please share personal stories or anything like that. [link] [comments] |

Posted: 28 Nov 2020 10:16 AM PST When it comes to leg training we can go for different approaches, weights, bodyweight, plyometrics, unilateral, bilateral. Unilateral exercises will give you a higher intensity and will be a good option if you use mostly the bodyweight version of it. [link] [comments] |
