Which 30 day glute challenge is best for me? Posted: 27 Oct 2020 12:49 PM PDT I've picked out two different '30 day glute challenges' online. I picked them because they're simple but the exercises and the amount of reps are very different. How do I know which is better or which is right for me personally? These two: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/4a/81/ca/4a81ca03a51e4a130ba52e966f427c35.png https://www.blogilates.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/30-day-butt-challenge-72ppi.png [link] [comments] |
Help with a Cardio/Circuit Plan for someone who hates/sucks at running Posted: 27 Oct 2020 12:45 PM PDT I am looking for a plan this winter. I really hate the treadmill. The only running I can really stand is when I play basketball. During the winter when I can't be outside walking/jogging with my dog I am forced to the treadmill. However the treadmill kills my knee (older football injury). Running on a basketball court seems so much easier on my body. I have access to a court and was going to try to develop some sort of circuit training running laps around the court. My plan right now as jog the two baselines and one sideline and sprint the other. Was thinking maybe 5 laps at a time quick break and then do it again. Not sure about duration or if that is a good idea as I know next to nothing on how to develop a plan like this. Any suggestions or thoughts on this? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 27 Oct 2020 09:18 AM PDT Hey guys, I'm trying to focus on Calisthenics and I was wondering if I am overweight but not obese should I stick to a circuit that has strength work in it until I get to a decent weight or just move on to strength and sets right now. [link] [comments] |
