    Posted: 20 Sep 2020 09:40 AM PDT

I know this is probably posted before but just wanted to know how you guys are now compared to say January? All I had was a pair of 20kg and 17.5s to get me threw, I lost so much strength and with new gym rules I've been struggling to find a place that suites me anybody else had these problems? Such humbling times for me

Why don’t the top open bodybuilders provide us with physique updates?

    Posted: 20 Sep 2020 02:51 PM PDT

I know plenty of pros provide us with physique updates but when it comes the very best, they seem to keep us out of the loop.

I can only think of positives like increased social media interaction if they did.
