    So far so good. I'm down 30lbs since around February w first walking graduating to running, and better diet. I started adding crunches on one day, pushups on the next.
    My question is should I be doing these secondary exercises before I run or after? Seems when I am done w my run it is very tough to get at it. I think it would be best for me to do these before I run, but I'm looking for someone that actually knows what's best to help me. Any ideas?

    15, 6'0, and looking to tone up. How do I plan a routine?

    I've only started going to the gym around two months ago. However, I've only been doing random exercises on for certain areas, and I just dont feel like this is very efficient. Any advice from regular gym-goers? And is there any app or website I can use to find preset routines?
