Two time Ms. Figure Olympia, Erin Stern, returned to the IFBB pro stage in Tampa yesterday, making her Bikini Pro debut. Very cool to see. She placed 10th in a stacked line up of 40 girls.

What do you think i can bench as a 1RM?

    Posted: 03 Aug 2020 07:53 AM PDT

    Hey guys.
I want to hear you guys' guesses on how much i can bench as a 1 rep max. I have not done a 1RM in a long time and i have no idea what my max is right now.
I can bench 90kg or 198.4lbs for 4 reps. With dumbells i can shoulderpress 26kg or 57.3lbs in each hand for 6 reps. My setup, bar path and leg drive is good as i have spent a lot of time on learning form.
    I weigh a little over 90kg or 200lbs and i am 15 years old.
Thanks for reading. I will be happy to listen to your guesses. Thank you in advance :)

Having no energy and feeling tired all the time no matter what, why?

    Posted: 02 Aug 2020 10:45 AM PDT

I'm 18 years old, I've been training for a year and a half, I did improve but I feel like I have no energy most days, doesn't matter if I sleep 3 hours or 12 or 18 hours, doesn't matter if I eat healthy or eat like shit, caffeine doesn't make a difference, I just have no energy to train, what could be the issue?
