    Horizontal lines on stomach

    Hi guys! Hope y'all are doing well. I have a question. I have recently noticed horizontal lines on my stomach. These have started to appear only after I started exercising during this lockdown and they seem to intensify after working out. I don't think these are abs. Can anyone tell what I might be doing wrong? Also, can this be because of the ab exercises that I do?

    My name is Deena Friedlander and I am a Health and Fitness Professor at Los Angeles Valley College (LAVC).

    I am looking to increase enrollment for my classes for Fall 2020 starting on August 31st. All classes are online using Canvas. No need to drive to LAVC :) Please sign up and tell your friends!

    Get fit with Body Conditioning KIN 329! This one unit class will include a variety of workouts including Boot Camp, Pilates, Athletic Training, Strength Circuits, Cardio Kick, Dance Fusion, and more! Classes will include live Zoom workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:20am-12:45pm! You will also have the option to submit your own workouts. This will give us more flexibility to get fit and stay fit. We are stronger together!

    Repeat students should register under KIN 329-2 or KIN 329-3. Tell your friends and you can take the class together! One unit at LAVC is $46. Sign up at www.lavc.edu.
