3 of my favorite CHEST OPENER/WARM-UP exercises we should all start doing more of! Posted: 21 Jul 2020 07:05 AM PDT Sitting is not killing us it's what we are choosing not to do to combat these natural postures we as humans are required to take on to survive. Instead of freaking out about how much you are sitting just start plugging in things that will help balance out these less than ideal postures. You can start with these 3 chest opener/warm-up exercises. Keep it simple and be consistent. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 21 Jul 2020 12:37 AM PDT I'll admit at this point I'm mostly just trying to get into the nightly routine, so I guess it won't matter as much, but regardless: I've been doing 2 sets of 15 elevated pushups and 20 squats. I guess I just wonder, is this too minimal? Will it accomplish nothing but getting into the routine? Edit not going for strength (yet) just want to get a bit more in shape. Teen F if that matters?
