Possible to train legs and stomach without back injuries?

    Posted: 07 Jun 2020 11:38 PM PDT

Been going to gym for 2 months, only trained legs 1 time and stomach 0.

When I did leg press the pressure from my lower back being pushed towards the chair gave me issues with my lower back for 2 weeks. Havent felt like trying legs again. And it seems like training stomach requires effort from the back.

Can you skip leg press? I have seen machines qhere you out your feet under an object and press either upwards, or another one qhere you are laying and pushing the object towards the butt. Maybe i could only do those 2?

    Working out on blood thinners

    Posted: 07 Jun 2020 11:15 PM PDT

So I was recently in the ER with three blot clots. Thankfully, it was nothing too major and now I've been on blood thinners for 4 days, and will continue to take them for 3 months. Has anyone here worked out on blood thinners? Is it safe? I keep searching online but I can't find anything about lifting weights and blood thinners. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
