Posted: 17 Apr 2020 02:42 AM PDT Here is the Video You can skip me introducing myself and start at 0:29, the circles start at 0:58. I'd recommend them to everyone, for beginners as a very basic start into moving and exercise and for more experienced movers as body maintenance and care taking. A more scientific name is CAR: Controlled Articular Rotations. You can find more rotations in this Video And a more in depth Article Feel free to ask anything [link] [comments] |
Posted: 17 Apr 2020 01:42 PM PDT I'm not looking for medical advice and my return to fitness will be under medical supervision. I'm trying to look at this as an opportunity to restart fitness with a relatively clean slate. If you could start all over would it be body weight fitness? Or yoga/flexibility focus? Or ... ? Please share any resources you have for a starting from square one approach to fitness. Thanks [link] [comments] |

Posted: 16 Apr 2020 11:18 PM PDT Hi! I've been working out on and off for the past couple years, and I've always noticed that I can never lose the weight directly at the bottom of my stomach. Even when i'm at my slimmest, I always seem to have a little bump (right by the bellybutton) rather than a flat stomach. Does anyone know why this is? And more importantly, how to lose it? Thanks :) [link] [comments] |
