I made a follow along Video about Joint Circles. They are very beneficial for your joint health, suppleness and make a great warm up or morning Routine

    Here is the Video

You can skip me introducing myself and start at 0:29, the circles start at 0:58.

I'd recommend them to everyone, for beginners as a very basic start into moving and exercise and for more experienced movers as body maintenance and care taking.

A more scientific name is CAR: Controlled Articular Rotations.

You can find more rotations in this Video

And a more in depth Article

Going in for major surgery next week. Looking for a start from square one fitness program for when I get to start again. Any great resources out there?

I'm not looking for medical advice and my return to fitness will be under medical supervision. I'm trying to look at this as an opportunity to restart fitness with a relatively clean slate.

If you could start all over would it be body weight fitness? Or yoga/flexibility focus? Or ... ?

Please share any resources you have for a starting from square one approach to fitness.

    Thanks

    Excess weight

    Posted: 16 Apr 2020 11:18 PM PDT

Hi! I've been working out on and off for the past couple years, and I've always noticed that I can never lose the weight directly at the bottom of my stomach. Even when i'm at my slimmest, I always seem to have a little bump (right by the bellybutton) rather than a flat stomach. Does anyone know why this is? And more importantly, how to lose it? Thanks :)
