    This is a community specifically for competitive bodybuilding. It is NOT for general health and fitness, fat loss advice, how to bulk up, how to get started at the gym, or how to get into shape in general.     He got mega-shit going into the Arnold but he was pretty much right on point about everything he said. He called the top 4 finishers. And actually he was robbed on 4th imo: no way Kuclo was top 4. Even Cedric looked better. Sergio said he was going to win best poser. Check. He called out Patrick Moore's placing at last year's Olympia, and where was Moore at this show? So maybe Sergio rubs a lot of people the wrong way, but he clearly knows what he's talking about.
