I created a home workout plan but could not complete it.. advice? Posted: 28 Mar 2020 12:53 PM PDT Here are my results: I started with 100 situps 15 pullups Dumbell curls Hammer Curls Then got to bench press did 3 sets and felt dead... maybe I need to put these is a particular order? For the curls Im doing 12KG on each arm which is ok for me, its somewhat hard but achievable, I started at 8KG then 10KG then moved up to 12KG today. Any advice/changes you think I should make to this routine would be seriously helpful. [link] [comments] |
