    Getting in shape on a busy schedule

    Hey everyone! I know alot of you guys having busy schedules with work and everything. What are the 2 biggest issues you're dealing with when it comes to getting in shape on a busy schedule?

    I created a home workout plan but could not complete it.. advice?

    I started with 100 situps

    15 pullups

    Dumbell curls

    Hammer Curls

    Then got to bench press did 3 sets and felt dead... maybe I need to put these is a particular order?

    For the curls Im doing 12KG on each arm which is ok for me, its somewhat hard but achievable, I started at 8KG then 10KG then moved up to 12KG today.

    Any advice/changes you think I should make to this routine would be seriously helpful.
