Some on training splits, diet, gear protocols, posing etc. Would you guys be interested if I did videos going over some of these topics? [link] [comments]

Training a body part you hate to work Posted: 13 Jul 2021 04:53 AM PDT Today is back day~my least favorite day. I've tried it all, incorporating higher and lower training frequency, throwing in biceps, different workouts… you name it. I can't get a good squeeze with my shoulders, so any form of rowing is my antithesis. It's gotten to the point where I hate back day more than l*g day. Funnily enough, back is one of my best points aesthetically. How do y'all go about training something you hate? [link] [comments]
