Posted a picture last night, my first post on reddit actually. Still figuring stuff out., but i received a lot of questions. Some on training splits, diet, gear protocols, posing etc. Would you guys be interested if I did videos going over some of these topics?

Can someone give me examples of their back workout. This is mine I’m just tryna make sure I hit every single area of my back.

    Posted: 13 Jul 2021 08:13 AM PDT

    Barber rows - 135x8-10 for 5 sets, 125x15 for 5 sets and 115x20 for 5 sets

Reverse flys - 15x8-15 for 5 sets superset with face-pulls

Straight bar rows dropset from 140 to 70 and do the same thing with underhand next

Lat pull downs shoulder width grip 120x8-10 for 6 sets super set with straight arm pull downs

Finish off with farmer walks and shrugs. Then I hit biceps

Training a body part you hate to work

    Posted: 13 Jul 2021 04:53 AM PDT

Today is back day~my least favorite day. I've tried it all, incorporating higher and lower training frequency, throwing in biceps, different workouts… you name it. I can't get a good squeeze with my shoulders, so any form of rowing is my antithesis. It's gotten to the point where I hate back day more than l*g day. Funnily enough, back is one of my best points aesthetically. How do y'all go about training something you hate?
