Not a big difference, but the little things.

    When should i stop???

Im thinking of starting keto diet until i reach my goal of losing 7.5KG.... when i reach it should i continue with it or should i work on maintaining that and hitting my maintenance calories with little to no surplus. like i wanna hit a good BMI so when i reach it i should only work on maintaining it right? (from 26.6 to 24.1 BMI hopefully :D)

    Struggle or what

Hello. for about 1 and a half week i've been doing the following workout

    50 wide pull ups (10 sets x 5 reps)

    100 standard push ups (4 sets x 25 reps)

    100 squats (4 sets x 25 reps)

    200 calf raises (4 sets x 50 reps)

All these loaded with a backpack and 5kg into it.

Also except lunch , dinner drinking 1L water everyday i've been eating 3 eggs with oats ,peanut butter and honey( these on workout days , and only 3 eggs during rest days), but still havent seen any gains on weight , i was currently 66.5 kg and 174 cm height and still i have the same weight.

One thing i noticed is that when i started i could do up to 5 pull ups and now i can do 7 pull ups.

My question is , is resistance training the only way to gain weight?

Should i change to a ring workout in order to gain muscle faster , would this help as it concerns more muscle activation?

I followed this workout from a guy who was in prison.
