    Body dysmorphia in body building

In a industry plagued with body dysmorphia, how do you combat it?

I've been into bodybuilding for a few years now and have battled with body dysmorphia for what feels like my whole life. No matter what progress I make I only notice the flaws.

Does weight lifting stunt growth? I’m 16 so I am still growing, but I’m also lifting weights (40 pounds barbell and 20 dumbbells) will weight lifting actually affect my growth or not cuz google is saying it will but it’s also saying it won’t.

    212 Division

    Posted: 14 Jun 2021 05:30 PM PDT

So does the 212 division have a height limit or is it that it inadvertently poses a height limit given that you have to be stacked for that weight? I'm seeing talk of Breon Ansley moving back up to 212, but his height is 5'7, so I was surprised he ever competed in that division given what I read about the height requirements
