Building biceps with low weights Posted: 06 May 2021 02:56 PM PDT The gyms are aiming to reopen again next month where a live. Likely with will be with restricted sessions like an hour booking time slots like they had before. So right now at home, I have a few old weights, but not protection for the floor. So I can only use smaller weights. Would I be able to make muscle growth with more reps and smaller weights? [link] [comments] |
