    Hey guys extremely new to this whole workout thing, have only done a handful of workouts so far. Just wanted to know what is a good amount of time to rest between exercises, and will resting for too long hinder the results Im looking for. Thanks!

    Is it normal to feel energetic and you try to get your pump on but you feel weak like, your dumbbells are heavier than usual so you can't get enough reps in

    Building biceps with low weights

    The gyms are aiming to reopen again next month where a live. Likely with will be with restricted sessions like an hour booking time slots like they had before.

    So right now at home, I have a few old weights, but not protection for the floor. So I can only use smaller weights. Would I be able to make muscle growth with more reps and smaller weights?
