    Interested in starting strength training

    Posted: 18 Sep 2020 04:25 AM PDT

For the past two months I(20F) have started doing daily cardio workouts to help condition my heart and I have really fallen in love with the world of fitness. Before, I would go to the gym to lose weight. Now, I want to go for my health and let my weight do what it does. With this in mind, I want to start getting stronger now. I have never tried strength training because of my obsession with weight but I want to get started.

That was all a long way of asking, "where do I start?"

Any resources, suggestions, advice would all be appreciated.
