Posted: 21 Mar 2021 04:40 AM PDT There are definitely days where we cannot get to the gym or even get a workout in at home, so I have the best home exercises when you have NO TIME and have an endless busy schedule. Please speak with your doctor before commencing any exercise program. [link] [comments] |
Alternative to Mountain Climbers? Posted: 21 Mar 2021 02:49 AM PDT I'm getting really into HIIT training and i'm trying to run to improve my stamina. BUT, every time mountain climbers comes up in a routine I just can't manage getting through it, i always end up stopping 10 sec in. I know i should push through, and hope i will once i'm a bit fitter, but right now the reality is i end up sitting down for the rest of the set. While I build up my fitness, what's a good exercise to sub in for mountain climbers ? thanks :) [link] [comments] |
Should I do more sets with my beginner workouts? Posted: 20 Mar 2021 11:39 PM PDT So I'm super mega weak and struggle to get through 10 reps and 3 sets of simple body weight workouts but it feels like I'm not doing enough.. Should I do more sets until I get stronger? Maybe 4 or 5 sets? It's weird, I don't get sore after a certain amount of reps exactly but whatever body part I'm doing physically can't do it? I'm guessing in time I'll be able to do more. It'skind of sad and embarrassing how weak I am lol. [link] [comments] |
FIVE WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR FLEXIBILITY Posted: 21 Mar 2021 12:13 AM PDT Is it true that greater muscle-building corresponds to less flexibility? That is only half true. First, let's understand what flexibility is. Many people confuse muscle stretching with flexibility. It happens that this comprises a series of factors of which the muscles are only a part. It is generally accepted that very elongated muscle loses in strength, and that very strong muscle loses in elongation. However, knowing how to work the body, you get strong and well elongated muscles simultaneously. A good example of this is Olympic gymnastics. https://www.yogaadriene.net/blog/FIVE-WAYS-TO-IMPROVE-YOUR-FLEXIBILITY [link] [comments] |
