    Workout tips and advice

    Hey guys and gals, was hoping if anyone on here can some workout advice and tips. Even add some of your favorite workout and I'll add it to me workout lol.

    Background: a young Indigenous man in early 20's, didn't take fitness serious until high school (grade 11). Not a fan of cardio but willing to do it, heavy lifting and high impact is my fav type of workout.

    Heaviest weight carried was a deadlift (310lbs) Longest ever ran was 8km in 45min Fastest ever ran was 2.5km in 12min

    Don't mean to compare and disrespect of course. But feel free to add your best achievement in the fitness world. So what I'm looking is how to improve my fitness as I'm a 220lbs man, hate cardio but willing to do.

    Is this machine actually good at burning fat?

    It said I had burnt 160 calories but i didnt feel too exhausted. When I jog on the treadmill and it says I've burnt 160 calories I am all sweaty. I have tried on higher gear but didn't feel too exhausting.
