Looking For Ross Dickerson’s 2020 Plan pdf

    Posted: 24 Dec 2020 08:36 PM PST

I asked my mate to use his card to buy Ross Dickerson's plan for me but he's bought the 2019 one 🤦‍♂️. I don't want to spend more money on it so I'll be grateful if anyone who's bought the plan already can send me a pdf form of the plan 🙏

Could Ramy be a dominant Mr. Olympia in the immediate future? Discuss.

    Posted: 23 Dec 2020 10:13 PM PST

I would argue yes and more likely than not. My kneejerk reaction to Ramy is that he's inconsistent and that we all kind of know what he brings to the table so there's no surprises to be had. But upon further inspection, there's more to it. I think that unless Brandon brings up his legs, Ramy with this same look has 2021 on lock. I also think the potential for consistency is there. His coach Chad is why. It took them one trial show of working together (the 2020 Arnold Classic) to absolutely fucking nail the Olympia 9 months later. Ramy probably would have fucked up everyone's day at Europa too. It seems like they found the secret formula and I wouldn't doubt that Chad could get Ramy dialed in year after year.

Well what about the fact that he's been competing as a pro for eight years and has only had one lights out showing? That's gotta mean this year was just a fluke, right? Well no, we've actually seen someone who competed for the same amount of time turn into a dominant champ. Ronnie, also coached by Chad, turned pro in 1990 and decisively won the Olympia in 1998 after just a short while of working with Chad. Ramy turns pro in 2012, eight years later starts working with Chad and becomes Mr. O the same year. Both men were in their mid-30s so it's not like Ramy is behind the curve (although it seemed like it at first to me because Ramy's been competing for that long). You might be surprised to hear that Ramy is 36. For all we know his career hasn't even begun to peak yet. I'm not saying that Ramy is Ronnie, of course he's not nearly as dominant, but who can beat him? Phil is gone. Dexter is gone. Bonac and Hadi can't hang in the size department, Brandon has too glaring of a weak point. Roelly is 43, has a similar lower back weakness as Ramy and has yet to pull a Ramy in the conditioning department so I don't see it happening either. Flex might pull it off but he's still gonna be dwarfed standing next to Ramy. Lastly we also know that Ramy can be much bigger than he was last weekend, what if him and Chad figure out how to get him back to 2017 size with 2020 conditioning? It wouldn't look pretty but by bodybuilding judging criteria as long as there's no unshapely gut he's going to fucking slay.

My prediction is that if Ramy improves or stays the same for 2021, he's going to be at least a 4x Mr. O. I just think it's all aligning for him.
