    This is a community specifically for competitive bodybuilding. It is NOT for general health and fitness, fat loss advice, how to bulk up, how to get started at the gym, or how to get into shape in general.     It's rare to find old footage of Samir training. It's a cool blast from the past. It really shows you the difference between gym atmospheres back then compared to today. Really good video. Lol at one point Samir tells the weights to "fuck off".
