Ab Rollouts Causing the Runs... Posted: 17 Dec 2020 01:20 AM PST Recently added ab rollouts to my powerlifting routine as an alternative for planks, but everytime I go to do them after 3-4 reps i immediately have to sprint to the bathroom. Is this normal? Is my body just not used to this movement? Will I adjust to it or am I just doomed to do planks forever with no alternative? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 16 Dec 2020 11:50 PM PST Switching from calisthenics to weight lifting I've been training intensely with calisthenics (ppl )6 days a week for about 8 months and want to give weight lifting a go . I want to do full body 4x a week (Jeff nippard program) Would you recommend to stick to smth more basic or will I see gains doing full body 4x . Thanks [link] [comments] |
Are timed sets better than sets with a specific number of exercises? Posted: 16 Dec 2020 09:25 AM PST I.e. 30 seconds of push-ups vs 10 push-ups in a set I'm trying to lose some weight and get in good shape and work out every day, and I've been doing 30 second sets as opposed to sets of 10-15 of the exercise like I used to.
