Always feel like shit when lifting weights.

So just for your information, I've been depressed and anxious for quite a while. Working out used to help me feel better about myself etc. But when I'm at the gym now, after every set I become dizzy, brain fog intensifies 10x. Feel like I can't see anything. My social anxiety gets way worse and I just want to leave the place. When I'm about half way into my routine it gets worse. I see people having conversations in between heavy sets, and I'm wondering how they do it.

It's very frustrating, and usually I just end up working out at home.. anyone else experienced this?

Moronic Monday - Your weekly stupid questions thread

    Posted: 23 Nov 2020 12:42 AM PST

Get your dunce hats out, Fittit, it's time for your weekly Stupid Questions Thread.

Post your question - stupid or otherwise - here to get an answer. Anyone can post a question and the community as a whole is invited and encouraged to provide an answer. Many questions get submitted late each week that don't get a lot of action, so if your question didn't get answered before, feel free to post it again.

As always, be sure to read the FAQ first.

Also, there's a handy-dandy search bar to your right, and if you didn't know, you can also use Google to search fittit by using the limiter "site:reddit.com/r/fitness".

Be sure to check back often as questions get posted throughout the day. Lastly, it may be a good idea to sort comments by "new" to be sure the newer questions get some love as well. Click here to sort by new in this thread only.

So, what's rattling around in your brain this week, Fittit?

As per this thread, the community has asked that we keep jokes, trolling, and memes outside of the Moronic Monday thread. Please use the downvote / report button when necessary.

Good lower and workouts that aren’t hip flexor dominant?

So I've got anterior pelvic tilt (when your pelvis tilts forward), and you're apparently supposed to avoid hip flexor dominant abs exercises when trying to correct this. What are some good lower ab workouts that aren't hip flexor domiant?

    Losing weight extremely fast

    Posted: 23 Nov 2020 02:48 AM PST

So I've gone from 112kg down to about 103ish in the pass two weeks . I think I'm barely eating 1500 calories a day and when I do eat , it's just clean protein, veggies, seeds and oatmeal. I train about 2-3 hours a day , usually an hour lifting and 1-2 hours walking as my knees can't take running just yet.

Is losing this much so quickly dangerous or should I just keep going?? I'm feel extremely motivated even if my gut feels like it's eating itself lol .
