Why is shoulder movement OK on a push up, but you want to pin your shoulders on the bench? Posted: 02 Oct 2020 07:45 AM PDT What about the mechanics of the lift make it dangerous if you have shoulder movement on the bench, but is OK on the push up? [link] [comments] | ||
Losing Passion for weightlifting/Bodybuilding Posted: 02 Oct 2020 01:11 AM PDT I have looked up what to do if you lose your passion for something and something strange jumped out of it. Apparently it's okey to take a brake/time off of doing your 'passion' if that includes things like 'playing guitar/piano/writing/movies/...' But when it comes to fitness/lifting/... it's NOT okey to take a break. "YoU goTtA SucK It uP anD LiFt some HeAvY aSs WeiGhtS, YoU PuSsy" I know being healthy and moving your body is important. And yes it's important and won't ever say you should do nothing and get fat. But if someone isn't passionate about anymore/if they don't wanna do it anymore/ if they don't like it/don't enjoy it/... Why force it on them? Why keep saying 'Keep going'? (Again I'm not implying people just stop working out/get fat/do nothing/... People should keep moving their body but in way they enjoy) [link] [comments] |
