Seeing your heart beat through your sternum? Posted: 31 Oct 2020 12:13 AM PDT When I work out and my heart starts pumping pretty fast, I can see my heart beat through my sternum. Like my heart actually pushes the skin that's covering my sternum out and I can see the skin move up and down. I started noticing this maybe a year ago? Do any of you experience this sometimes as well? Is this a bad thing? Or am I just being overly anxious Thx! [link] [comments] |

Posted: 31 Oct 2020 04:35 AM PDT Idk it just seems like something so easy to discover and so helpful would be a more popular way to workout but I haven't really heard it from anyone. Whenever I explain it to my friends they're always so confused so I'm just wondering if that means I'm doing something wrong? [link] [comments] |
Left pec twitching after preworkout? Posted: 31 Oct 2020 12:27 AM PDT I took preworkout tonight then went to the gym. I was sleepy after I took it I became extremely energetic and felt like I could repeat my (already extremely intense) workout three times. Matter of fact when I returned home (after walking for an hour) I went back and ran 5 minutes. Anyways, my left pen is twitching non stop after pre workout. It's been a while (6 hours) and it's not stopping [link] [comments] |
