Can someone please give me a plan to start working out

Hello guys. I really want to start losing weight and to hit the gym. Can someone please give me specific steps on what I need to do and workout plan that I can follow to start losing weight and gain muscle. Also a simple diet on what I need to eat. This is the only thing that is stopping me from getting into shape.

Beginner friendly full body stretch. Great to do in the morning or after a workout.

How do you commit yourself to keep going?

I've started working out for like 3-4 times this year. But after a week or so I get lazy and stop doing it. How do you stop this from happening?

    Obscure Fun/Interesting Workout Routines?

    Posted: 06 Oct 2020 07:55 PM PDT

After watching some Tony Ferguson workout videos (there's more out there if you're interested) I wanted to know what other obscure activities that are engaging or even fun I could do to help with either weight loss, muscle gain, or that have some cardio benefits and also how effective they would be. For example in the video you can see him flipping around on a giant yoga ball, how long would you have to do that for for it to have some impact and how much of an impact would that have? What about wrestling a box and periodically jumping over it? I have so many questions.

How do I fill in my sides??

    Posted: 06 Oct 2020 04:06 PM PDT

I'm a guy, and I have a real obvious curve from my ribs to hips, and I want to try and work on filling it out / straightening it up.

Are there any recommended exercises that can target this I can throw into my routine? Cheers!

Will you guys evaluate my plan?

I've got three days a week I can lift, so I'm doing push/pull/legs. Some background: I've been rock climbing for a year or so, adding weights to my routine. I'm lifting at the climbing gym and they have bench/squat rack + free weights, but no cable machines. Fairly skinny and new to lifting. Here's what I've got:

    Legs

    • Squats: Weight A x 15, Weight B x 12, Weight C x 8, Weight D x 6, Weight Bx12 (A < B < C < D)
    • Bulgarian Split Squats 4x12
    • Single Leg Romanian Dead Lifts 4x12
    • Weighted Lunges to Failure -> Wall Sits to Failure, Rest (3x)

    Push

    • Incline Bench Press: Weight A x 15, Weight B x 12, Weight C x 8, Weight D x 6, Weight Bx12 (A < B < C < D)
    • Incline Hex Press 4x12
    • Bench Dumbell Flies 4x12
    • Skull Crushers 4x12
    • Standing Barbell Press: Weight A x 10, drop set (x4)

    Pull

    • Reverse Grip Pullups: Body Weight to Failure, Weight A to failure, Weight B to failure, Body Weight to failure (B > A)
    • Seal Rows 4x12
    • Wide Grip Pullups to failure 3x
    • EZ Bar Curls 4x12
    • Bench Hammer Curls 4x12

I'm trying to eat around 2,800 calories and eating 150g protein (currently weight 135). My cousin and I put this together and it feels good, but I also want to see if anyone else has ideas. TIA!
