    since gyms are closed...any recommendations on a proper bodyweight plan that does NOT used any equipment?

    i m a 30 yr old average built go who was previously doing stronglifts 5x5 program for 6 months.

    Now that gyms are closed, im looking for a home workout routine.

    Whats the best workout plan for me coming off of stronglifts? someone suggested the 'recommended routine' .

    I have 0 equipment so no rows ro bars so not sure if the program would be a good fit for me and just wondering if I can do pushups instead?
