Now that gyms are closed, im looking for a home workout routine. Whats the best workout plan for me coming off of stronglifts? someone suggested the 'recommended routine' . I have 0 equipment so no rows ro bars so not sure if the program would be a good fit for me and just wondering if I can do pushups instead? [link] [comments] |
