Where to buy dumbells without leaving house?

    Posted: 02 Apr 2020 08:39 PM PDT

    Hey everyone,

Been working on getting in shape with the new quarantine. Already down 20 lbs and looking to up the weights I have. Been using a P90x3 DVD set I've been using in fits and starts for years and sticking to it now, and i'm at the point where I need heavier weights. I looked on amazon and most of what is available is like $30 shipping for two dumb bells and arrives in a month. Any tips on where to look for reasonably priced weights that'll actually ship now? Looking for 20lbs+ in intervals of 5lbs.

    Thanks!

    Hamstring cramps while walking/jogging

    Posted: 02 Apr 2020 07:06 PM PDT

Lately while power walking and jogging, I have been experiencing painful cramping/pulling sensation behind my knees and up in my hamstrings. It can happen in both legs, but usually one will be more troublesome than the other. Is this normal for someone increasing their cardio and exercise? Is there something I can do to prevent it? I really enjoy walking and jogging intervals but am concerned that I'm going to have to deal with this every time.

Are there any ab exercises that are completely safe for the back?

    Posted: 02 Apr 2020 11:07 AM PDT

I have been doing intense reverse crunches because i taught it avoided the back problems of crunches. However, after i do i i get some weird feeling in my upper back.

Are there any ab workouts that are 99% safe for every part of your back? I don't mind putting in effort and sweat, but i just have to accept that my back does not like any kind of crunch.

    Is using a machine safer?
