    Core muscles

    The combination of mandatory bed rest followed by a c-section a few years ago led to me becoming really out of shape, and I'm ready to do something about it.

    The area I most need to focus on is my core muscles. I struggle now to even do a sit up or get up off the floor without holding onto something else.

    What is the best way for me to start building these muscles again?
