Anyone else too nervous to go to the Gym? Especially in FL?

    Posted: 11 Aug 2020 08:38 PM PDT

I bought a used home gym, there is something wrong with the cable/pully system as it's binding up. I bought it cause was too nervous to go back to the "Ymca but I need to work out and this home gym isn't working out.

Anyone else just taking the chance and going to the gym?

Are youtube home workouts ok for losing weight?

    Posted: 11 Aug 2020 09:42 AM PDT

I've been doing some Emi Wong and Chloe Ting workout challenges over the past few weeks. As someone who previously did no exercise ever, I've found that their challenges have given me achievable goals which keep me motivated while still being fun. Although I haven't seen obvious results, I have felt myself get stronger (finally I can do up and down planks!).

However, I've recently seen alot of criticism on these two creators, especially over the diet/weight loss science advice they give, as well as their form. I started doing more research into it and now I just feel confused and overwhelmed by all this information. I'm starting to feel a little dumb now for following them...

Are their exercises ok to do? Should I be following someone else's exercises instead? Is there a better person out there I should be following instead?

    Any advice is appreciated!
